Welcome

Welcome Sisters,

I've created this blog in hope that us sisters might be able to find some time out of our busy schedules in order to discuss the scripture together with the goal of mutually building up on another in the faith. My thought is to start with a discussion of the book of Matthew. I was thinking of posting a short passage once or twice per week with a few of my own comments in order to get a discussion started. I don't imagine myself to be a teacher here but just facilitator for fellowship. Please feel free to add your own comments.

I'm also thinking that many of you would probably appreciate receiving email updates when ever I post a new passage. I think that I'll just assume that you would like that and include everyone that I give access to on an email list. If you would like access to the blog but prefer not to receive notifications via email please let me know.

This is intended to be a private blog so I'm hoping that this can be a safe place to share your thoughts without having to defend the idea that we need to obey Jesus in a literal and real way. That said, if you know any faithful sisters that would appreciate this sort of discussion please feel free to let me know and I'll add the them to the accepted visitors list.
